Incoming Webhook

If you are looking to send data to RAIA via our webhook, you can send the same data we use for our API to this url: https://raiabot.com/api/webhook.cfm

Outgoing Webhook

In order to bring conversational data back into your 3rd party applications, we have setup the ability to add a webhook. The webhook will receive a FORM POST and a JSON with the entire conversation between RAIA and a contact once it's complete.

Here is an example of what will be posted to your webhook.

We only send one conversation per call due to the importance of notifying you of each conversation as it happens. We also resend conversations if they continue at a later time, so you will receive both new conversations and updated conversations in same format as below.
