Setting up Custom Domain

If you would like your Assistants to have email addresses from a custom domain, you have two options:
You can use your existing domain but will need to create a subdomain to send and receive emails (so it does not conflict with your existing email service). For example: if your domain is xxxx@acme.com - we would setup a subdomain like yyyy@ai.acme.com.
The other option is to register a new domain to use for your assistants. This does mean you need to purchase a new domain.
Once we have a domain you would like to use, you can request a custom domain in the RAIA App under integrations. This will start the process and let our team add to our mail service.
Step 1: Go to Integrations > Domains
Step 2: Click Add Domain
Step 3: Enter in the Domain we will need to setup for mail (exclusively) for your A.I. Assistants
Once you request your custom domain, you will receive an email (and also be able to view in the app) the DNS Settings you need to add to your Domain Provider (e.g. Godaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions, etc)
Here are the settings you will need to add:
SPF Record
DKIM Record
MX Record
CNAME
The specific instructions for your domain will be available in 24 hours after requesting the domain.
Once it is setup on our side, you will see the follow setting under Domains > Setup. Once these are setup and verified you will be able to use this domain to setup emails for your A.I. Assistants.
You can use any username you prefer for each Agent (we will automatically route the emails to the right place)
