Setup of Phone Forwarding

We do provide ability for Agent to answer the phone with limited capability.

How does it work?

Currently we are working on a full Voice Solution for your A.I. Agent to have voice conversations over the phone but unfortunately the cost and time delay issues are still being improved on by our providers OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

Until then we provide a basic Voice Application that answers the phone, and asks two basic questions (for example: Who is calling and How can I help). The answers are delivered to you via email (like any conversation) and text. At the same time, the Assistant also sends a txt to the caller so they can have a full conversation over SMS.

This approach reduces the cost and any issues with delay. We hope as the cost for Voice Generation drops and the core services become faster, this is a good option.

How do I forward my Calls?

You can forward your calls to your Agent's Phone Number by changing the settings in your phone (assuming you are using a cell phone). If you are using different phone provider (land line or voice) than you will have to configure those systems to forward the calls to your A.I. Agent's number.

The most common implementation for personal assistants is to just forward Missed Calls or calls you Ignore. This way you still have the option to answer your phone and only have calls you do not want to answer forwarded to your AI. (Much like how you would forward to Voice Mail).

Setup Call Forwarding on Android Phone

Set up call forwarding through the Settings:

  1. Open the Phone app.

  2. Hit the three-dot menu button.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Select Calling accounts.

  5. Tap on your main SIM.

  6. Tap on Call forwarding.

  7. You will see multiple options, including:

    1. Always forward: All calls go to your desired secondary number.

    2. When busy: Calls go to your secondary number of choice when you are on another call.

    3. When unanswered: Calls go to a secondary number when you don’t take a call.

    4. When unreachable: Calls go to a secondary number when your phone is off, in airplane mode, or has no signal.

  8. After choosing one of the listed options, go ahead and set the forwarding number.

  9. Select Enable, Turn on, or OK.

Setup Call Forwarding on IPhone

Setting up Call Forwarding on a IPhone can be confusing at first. In some cases the IPhone only shows the option to Forward All Calls (which is not recommended). If you want to only forward calls when you do not answer or ignore - you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the dialer on your mobile phone and dial **004* (do not press call yet.)

Step 2: Following the **004*, dial the 10 digit telephone number you would like to forward your calls to.

Step 3: Then press *11#.

Step 4: Press call and listen for a successful response from the auto attendant.

Even if you have received a message that the call forwarding has been successfully activated, make sure that the conditional call forwarding is working properly by calling your T-Mobile mobile phone from another telephone. If it is not working properly, you may have to turn off the call forwarding and try again.

How To Turn Off Conditional Call Forwarding

To turn off conditional call forwarding from your T-Mobile cell phone, simply punch in ##004# and press call. Listen for a successful message stating call forwarding has been deactivated.

Even if you have received a message that the call forwarding has been successfully activated, make sure that your T-Mobile cell phone now rings when a call is coming in by testing it with another phone. Verizon

Conditional Call Forwarding (No Answer / Busy Transfer)

  1. Dial. *71. followed by the 10-digit forwarding phone number (e.g., *71-999-555-4567).

  2. Listen for a series of beeps then wait for the call to end automatically. If you don't have your device or *71 doesn't work, contact Customer Service to turn Call Forwarding on/off.

How to set up Conditional Call Forwarding on your ATT cell phone: Follow these simple steps! Step 1: Open the dialer on your mobile phone and dial 004 (do not press call yet.) Step 2: Following the 004, dial the 10 digit telephone number you would like to forward your calls to. Step 3: Then press *11#.

If you are using a different carrier - then just search google for "How to setup Conditional Call Forwarding for XXXXX" (where XXXXX is your cell service provider).
